The Certified Sales Compensation Certification (CSCP ®)
The Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP ®) is a 3-course certification - 10 hours each course, NINE afternoons in total delivered live online from Zurich, plus one online certification exam.
It is ideal for HR or Sales Organization / Leadership professionals in charge of designing, leading implementation and/or administering Sales Compensation programs, specially in complex or multi-divisional / multi-national situations or salesforces.

The Global Compensation Immersion Program (GCIP)
The Global Compensation Immersion Program (GCIP) is one intensive, comprehensive Total Rewards course (delivered in FIVE afternoons live online from Zurich, no exam), ideal for professionals who 1) are HR Business Partner generalists that wish to learn all key Reward matters quickly and effectively, 2) are new to Total Rewards, or 3) are taking on new Compensation planning responsibilities for a global workforce.
Typically, GCIP participants are professionals who possibly do not have time to pursue a full certification and wish upfront to “hit the ground running” quickly in most of the key aspects of Total Rewards.
